For me, it was since of my trainees.
For many years of teaching in my personal learning center, moms and dads would bring their children to me that lagged in reading and spelling.

In some cases they were simply a bit behind, sometimes they were method behind, and often they were at grade level and just wanted to progress much faster.

The program does take some participation from a parent for grades K-2, however for grades 3-8, a lot of kids can do most activities in the program by themselves.
